Who fulfils my order?

Your order is fulfilled by Creator Studio, a merch on demand platform based in Stockholm, as part of the H&M group. Once an order is placed, Creator Studio takes care of the printing and shipping, ensuring a seamless experience for you.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Once we receive your order, it is routed to a Creator Studio production facility closest to you. The order is typically picked, processed and packed within 1-3 business days.

After packing, your parcel will be picked up for delivery by one of our shipping partners. If your order isn’t finished in time for the daily pick-up, it will be picked up the next business day.

Please note: Delivery times are approximate and may be subject to unforeseen delays. In some cases, parcels may arrive earlier than stated. ØKÆRI and Creator Studio cannot be held responsible for courier errors or delays once an order has left our production hubs. If you feel your delivery has been misplaced or is taking longer than expected, please contact us directly.

Can I return my order?

ØKÆRI operates a print on demand business model. This means all products are produced upon request when you place an order with us. Therefore we do not offer withdrawal of your purchase and general returns. If your received product is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service.
